What Was Done:

• Technical Expertise: Our team provided technical support throughout the installation process, ensuring seamless integration of the multimedia elements into the museum space. We focused on creating a cohesive and interactive experience where all elements work together harmoniously.
• Creative Concept: The foundation of our approach was developing a creative concept that accurately reflected the essence of Palm Jumeirah. We crafted a narrative that guided visitors through the island’s history, using captivating multimedia content and interactive features. This included the creation of a corridor that simulates the ocean floor with animated fish, as well as visual demonstrations of the island’s planning and construction. A key element was the interactive LED floor, which responds to visitor movements, enlarging the image of Earth and allowing visitors to locate the island and engage more deeply with the content. This floor not only serves as a visually striking element but also as an educational tool that immerses visitors in the museum’s atmosphere.
• LED Column with Sensors: We developed an LED column that reacts to touch and proximity, adding an extra level of interaction. It serves as an information point and a visually impactful element of the museum’s interior, displaying content related to the underwater world.
• Software Development: To bring the installations to life, we created custom software that controls the interactive elements and ensures the smooth operation of all content, providing a seamless and captivating experience for visitors.
• 3D Video Content Production: The centerpiece of the museum features stunning 3D animations that we produced. These videos offer an in-depth look at the creation and development of Palm Jumeirah, including nighttime views of the island, panoramas illustrating its construction, the tools and materials used, and interviews with key figures involved in this grand project.

The Palm Jumeirah Museum effectively narrates the story of the island’s construction, with visitors guided through five rooms that take them step by step through each phase. Visitors start by entering a tunnel of LED screens, experiencing the sensation of being in the ocean, watching fish swim above them—a truly immersive experience. They then move into a room where interactive floor content allows them to see the construction of the island from a bird’s-eye view, from sand formation to the grand opening with fireworks and the monorail launch.

Next, visitors enter an auditorium where they can view archival footage documenting the island’s inauguration. In the large circular room that follows, visitors are surrounded by LED screens that showcase the unique technical aspects of the island’s construction, such as drilling and setting foundations in the ocean. A standout feature in this room is the LED column with touch screens, where visitors can interact with animated fish and learn more about the local marine life. The innovation here lies in the seamless integration of the LED screens on a round column—a design achieved through extensive experimentation, leading to a unique result. Our technical team also developed custom software to bring this vision to life.

For this project, our team meticulously researched the history of Palm Jumeirah, working with a vast collection of historical materials, and then developed a unique creative solution, delivering it turnkey. The client was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Our experience, professionalism, and the implementation of new innovative technologies allowed us to exceed the client’s expectations, setting new standards for engagement in Dubai’s museum spaces.
